Wheel repairs

Damage we can put right.

Kerb damage, scuffs, corrosion and failing lacquer are everyday repairs for the Wheel Lab. Bent and cracked wheels are a different matter: they're inspected in person, and if a repair isn't genuinely safe we'll tell you to replace the wheel instead.

Kerb damage

Scuffed and gouged rim edges, dressed and refinished.

Scratches & scuffs

Marks and dull patches lifted out of the finish.

Corrosion & lacquer peel

Stripped back to bare metal, then sealed and refinished.

Diamond cut

Re-machined on the lathe and re-lacquered.

Colour change

Gloss, satin, anthracite, bronze or a custom shade.

Bent or cracked wheels

Assessed in person — repaired only where it is safe to do so.

Diamond cut or painted?

Diamond-cut wheels are re-machined on a lathe to leave bright cut faces, then lacquered — the factory look on most modern premium cars. Painted and powder finishes are more durable and more forgiving of everyday scuffs, and they open up gloss black, satin, anthracite, bronze and custom colours. We do both, and we'll advise which suits the wheels you've got.
